As a policy, Nine Months Pregnancy does not issue a refund of any kind once a payment for any of its services has been made.

In case you are unable to make it to an onsite prenatal or postnatal class that you have paid for, you can cover up by attending the same class when scheduled in any one of our locations at a later date. 

If you have booked a time slot with Dr. Shah for a lactation consultancy but are unable to go online at the time, a new time slot of mutual convenience can be fixed.
