How do I take out time from my baby to attend the class?
We understand that the early months of motherhood can be challenging for you. Our postnatal classes are designed to accommodate to all your needs and we are more than happy to have you attend the class along with your baby as well as the baby’s caretaker.
When and how can I join the classes?
We highly recommend that you wait for 4 weeks after your natural labour and 6 weeks after your caesarean section to enrol with us for the Post Natal Classes. Each class is about 1.5 hours long and is held once a week. You will be able to view the schedule for the class here.
Note that pre-registration is compulsory for our post-natal classes. You can also register for a single class at a time.
